Order shipment:
- Bracketed shipping rates depending on total order value. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
- $0.01 - 100.00 order = $4.95 flat rate standard shipping
- $100.01 - $500.00 order = $9.95 flat rate standard shipping
- $500.01 - $1,000.00 order = $14.95 flat rate standard shipping
- $1,000.01 and up = $19.95 flat rate standard shipping
- Expedited shipping is available. Please call for pricing.
- Orders can be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 United States. Please call for pricing.
Order Confirmation:
When you place your order with Cope & Co. you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available to be processed, we will process the charge and proceed to fulfill it.
Shipping Timeline: 4 - 6 weeks
When your item is ready to be shipped we will notify you via email with a tracking number as your order will be fulfilled. If you have any questions, please email us at hello@copeandcocollection.com
Shipping Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item when it arrives. If you notice any damage, please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item does arrive damaged, please email photos of the packaging and items to Cope & Co. at hello@copeandcocollection.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be in writing. All orders cancelled within the first 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. Cancellation after a 48 hours will be charged a non-refundable 25% of the order total.
